Professor Monika Janda is the lead researcher of this project. Professor Monika Janda is a Professor in Behavioural Science, Centre for Health Services Research, at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Queensland, and a NHMRC Translational Research Fellow (2018-19). She is a health psychologist with a research background in cancer prevention and quality of life research. She brings health behavioural research methods skills, and a health psychology focus to the project.
Professor Peter Soyer, an academic dermatologist, is Inaugural Chair in Dermatology at UQ, Director of the Dermatology Research Centre at the Translational Research Institute and Director of the Dermatology Department, Princess Alexandra Hospital.
A/Prof Lois Loescher is a behavioural scientist at The University of Arizona Cancer Centre. Dr Loescher has extensive experience in developing theory and evidence-based interventions for skin cancer prevention and detection, and efficacious and effective skin cancer health promotion and public health programs. She brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in translating interventions into sustainable community-based programs.

Adjunct Associate Professor Craig Sinclair is one of Australia’s leading experts on skin cancer prevention. He is Head of Prevention at Cancer Council Victoria.
Professor Peter Baade is a Senior Research Fellow in Biostatistics at the Cancer Council Queensland, where he manages the Epidemiology Research Program. He brings essential statistical and methodological knowledge to the project.
